Skills & Education:
Candidates (f/m) should have previous working experience as Maitre´D in 4*/5*-hotels or -restaurants.
You must have strong leadership skills and must be very good in communication and motivation.
You have to be flexible, stress-resistant, must be well organized, should have good manners and must be well groomed. The Maitre’D is also responsible for the bars as well as for loading procedures etc. Fluent English is required as well as ship experience.
