Skills & Education: Candidate (f/m) must have several years of high standard experience on board 5* cruise ships in a similar position. You must have a ”hands on” mentality and should be a positive, open minded person. You should also have strong administration and leadership skills to manage international staff in a positive and productive manner. You need to be stress-resistend and flexible. Fluent English is expected, any additional language would be a plus.
