Skills & Education: Candidate (f/m) should have good high standard experience as an Ass. F&B Manager. Previous shipboard experience in this position is a must. You should have a ”hands on” mentality and should be a positive, open minded person. You need to be stress-resistant and flexible. You should have strong administration and leadership skills to manage an international team. Must have excellent functional expertise in kitchen, restaurant, beverage, sanitation and provision/storeroom management. Fluent English is a must.
