Skills & Education:
Candidate (f/m) must have 2-4 years managerial and training experience with staff of 20 or more, with a focus on bar operations in 4/5 star hotels or restaurants and bartender experience. Must have an extensive knowledge of varying brands and quality of liquors, and a basic knowledge of wines and cigars. Previous ship's experience and an understanding of the ship’s financials and reporting is preferred. Fluent English and good administrative and communication skills are a must.
